Business Problems:

The client is a major US airline company. The old airport display system gathers information from various different sources. User interfaces are highly heterogeneous as each airport has its own display system.

Solutions and Achievements:

The next generation of Airport Display System aims to provide a universal solution to all airport displays across the hub and non-hub airports. It is a large-scale, high performance and mission-critical J2EE/C/C++ application that processes system-wide massive real time transactional flight/service data, and pushes the final formatted data to all types of flight information display devices.
